A titre d'explication :
L'installation crée 3 raccourcis (fichiers .desktop):
- un dans le menu nouvelle formule
- un dans le menu ancienne formule
- un sur le bureau

La commande que je vous ai donnée récupère, depuis le premier raccourci trouvé, le chemin vers le dossier où Migros Photo Service est installé et le lance.

Le fichier de désinstallation que j'ai créé, basé sur le même principe : http://esdeem.ch/MigrosPhotoUninstall.tgz

Un grand merci à Eggman et un grand bravo à jbgruring pour sa ténacité!

C'est juste un peu dommage que ce ne soit pas Migros qui ait conduit ces investigations. L'entreprise a un intérêt économique direct à ne pas perdre des clients qui passent à Linux. D'autres plates-formes photos en ligne fonctionnent parfaitement bien avec Ubuntu...

C'est vraiment la poisse. Je décide de travailler sur ce fameux logiciel mais sans avoir touché mon ordinateur depuis le dernier message, plus rien ne démarre.

Je suis vraiment désolé de revenir encore sur ce problème. Je décide de travailler sur le logiciel en question et rien ne démarre alors que je n'ai plus touché mon ordinateur depuis mon dernier message.

Selon les indications de M. Eggman je lance cette séquence dans le Terminal :

Hum…
Je suis très circonspect. La magie n'existant pas, il y a un paramètre qui clairement m'échappe.
Il n'y a aucune raison qu'un logiciel qui fonctionne le lundi, ne fonctionne pas le mardi, surtout si l'on n'a touché à rien.

En l'état, je ne sais pas que proposer, à part de demander à quelqu'un de jeter un œil à la machine.

Bonjour,
Je crois que je tiens une piste. J'ai désinstallé tout selon les indications de M. Eggman.
J'ai ensuite repris l'installation depuis le fournisseur Migros.
J'ai suivi scrupuleusement la procédure. Le chemin d'installation était HOME. Rien ne démarre. Je contrôle ou l'installation s'est faite, dans le fichier ROOT.
J'arrive à démarrer l'installation avec Nautilus.
Je crois que nous tenons une ébauche de solution.
Merci de me confirmer que je ne deviens pas fou.

NOTA BENE:
Je ne réponds jamais aux e-mails qui arrivent par le biais du forum dans ma boîte mail privée, parce qu'elle est justement privée.
Cela dit, je réponds volontiers en ligne.

J'ai donc reçu me message suivant :

J’ai désinstallé tous les fichiers que je pouvais gérer.
J’ai réinstallé le logiciel selon vos indications sur ma machine SLIM 14.04.
En cliquant sur l’icône de Migros Photo Service le logiciel ne démarre pas.
J’ai refait une installation selon le même schéma sans effacer les programmes. En cliquant sur l’icône, le logiciel démarre normalement.
J’ai éteint la machine et redémarrer au bout de 30 secondes, en cliquant sur l’icône le logiciel ne démarre pas.
J’ai écrit dans le terminal: gksudo nautilus
J’ai ouvert: Ordinateur/Home/jean-bernard /Migros /MIgros Photo Service/Migros Photo service et le logiciel se lance sans aucune difficulté

Ma première question est : sur quelle icônes cliquez-vous ? (menu? bureau? autre?)
Ensuite, au vu de ce message et du précédent, je me demande : L'installation n'aurait-elle pas été faite en tant que super-utilisateur ?

A tout hasard, que donnent les commandes suivantes ?

Ai testé l'installation de Migros Photos sur un Slim PC WDi7SSD
J'ai procédé de la manière suivante:

Télécharger le logiciel depuis le site :
http://photoservice.migros.ch/fr/logici … photo.html

Dans le dossier Téléchargements double-cliquer sur le fichier
setup_Migros_Photo_Service.tgz

puis extrait l'archive dans le dossier Dossier personnels>Documents>Photos Migros

Dans un terminal j'ai ensuite exécuté la commande indiqué par Migros :

gsettings set org.gnome.nautilus.preferences executable-text-activation ask

Puis j'ai double cliqué sur le fichier install.pl

J'ai obtenu alors une fenêtre de dialogue avec entre autre la possibilité de Lancer (le script) dans un terminal.

J'ai suivi alors les instructions à l'écran avec comme résultat final une icone Migros Photo Service
En double-cliquant sur cette icône l'application s'est alors lancée sans problèmes.

Conclusion il ne s'agit pas d'un problème de matériel WDi7SSD mais d'un problème logiciel.

Je confirme, il ne s'agit pas d'un problème matériel.
Il s'agit d'un problème d'installations multiples, tant comme root que comme utilisateur standard.

Pas de soucis pour le courriel. C'était juste un rappel de règles implicites. Rien de grave.

De ce que vous avez posté, il semble que vous ayez effectué plusieurs installations, dont au moins une en mode super utilisateur (avec la commande sudo). En l'état, ces installations croisés posent problème.

Je vous propose de tout désinstaller et de réinstaller proprement en tant qu'utilisateur standard (apparemment jean-bernard)

NOTA: le script d'installation permet une installation dans son dossier personnel. C'est ce que je vous propose.

Je note qu'il y a l'exécutable «Migros Photo Service» dans un dossier nommé «Dossiers personnels», lui-même placé à la racine du système.
Je ne vois pas bien ce qui fait là… C'est très inhabituel comme emplacement.

INSTALLATION
Pour l'installation, il faut la faire en tant qu'utilisateur normal (sans utilisation de sudo, donc.), au terminal, depuis le dossier où vous vous avez téléchargé.
À tout hasard, le programme et téléchargeable ici : http://photoservice.migros.ch/fr/logici … photo.html
L'archive téléchargée se nomme « setup_Migros_Photo_Service.tgz »

A supposer que l'archive se trouve dans votre dossier Téléchargements, vous pouvez vous y rendre au terminal comme suit:

il faut ensuite décompresser l'archive comme suit:

L'archive contient 2 fichiers : EULA.txt et install.pl

Ensuite, vous pouvez lancer l'installation proprement dite avec la commande suivante :

La première étape consiste à accepter la licence EULA. Vous allez avoir le message suivant :

Veuillez lire soigneusement la licence EULA (End User License Agreement). Ensuite, vous devez l'accepter.
    Dans l'EULA, vous pouvez vous diriger avec les flèches. Avec la touche 'q' quitter.

Vous tapez « q » pour quittez l'affichage de la licence. Vous avez ensuite le message suivant qui apparaît :

Bonjour Monsieur,

J'ai respecté très scrupuleusement vos indications pour la désinstallation et la réinstallation. Lorsque je double-clic sur le raccourci qui se trouve sur le bureau, le programme ne démarre pas et lorsque je double clic dans le programme lui-même Dossier personnel / Migros /Migros Photo Service / Migros Photo Service rien ne démarre.
Je ne comprends pas vraiment ce qui m'arrive. Je suis tenté par un formatage complet de ma machine SLIM et la réinstallation de 14.04. Je sais que ce n'est pas une bonne solution mais...
Merci sincèrement pour votre obstination et je suis vraiment désolé que cette machine résiste.

- J'ai ouvert Ordinateur / Migros / Migros Photo Service / Migros Photo Service et le programme démarre.

Oui.

gksudo lance nautilus en mode super-utilisateur. Ce qui y est fait, installations, manipulation de fichiers, etc., est fait en mode super-utilisateur, avec les droits y relatifs.
Il n'y a a priori aucune bonne raison de lancer nautilus, ni aucun programme précédé de la commande gksudo, à moins que ce soit explicitement requis.

Auriez-vous à tout hasard utilisé sudo, su, gksu ou gksudo avant ou pendant l'installation à un quelconque moment ?
